Sex Therapy Counselling

about

Do you want to talk to a professional experienced in working with sex and intimacy issues?

I am a therapist highly skilled in this area and am passionate about supporting people to work through sex and intimacy issues in a safe environment free of judgement.

I have over 10 years’ experience working in sexual health and am a member of the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS). I have completed training in HIV/Hep C Pre and Post Test Counselling and was formerly employed as the counsellor of the Newly Diagnosed Program (HIV) at ACON.

I work from a sex positive framework and am committed to supporting and promoting sex positivity in my work. I provide a supportive space for my clients to talk openly about sex and intimacy issues and to explore strategies for positive change.

My clients often provide feedback that they appreciate my honest and down to earth approach to therapy and feel safe discussing topics that can often be challenging to talk about.

I offer sex therapy to individuals and couples for a variety of concerns. If you are experiencing any of the following issues, you may find therapy can help you to achieve positive outcomes and a healthier, happier sex life:

  • Do you want a deeper level of sexual intimacy with your sexual partner/s?
  • Have you experienced changes or differences in your libido, or desire for your partner?
  • Are you experiencing issues around sexual infidelity or affairs?
  • Do you want to talk about ways of achieving greater sexual pleasure?
  • Are you or your partner experiencing sexual dysfunction that is having a negative impact on your confidence, self-esteem and relationships?
  • Do you have issues around achieving orgasm through self-pleasure or with partners?
  • Are you concerned about sexual compatibility and whether you and your partner can achieve a healthy sexual relationship?
  • Are you considering exploring an open sexual relationship or wanting to renegotiate the terms of an existing relationship?
  • Do you want to discuss or explore sexual fetishes and kinks?
  • Are you experiencing compulsive sexual behaviours or do you have concerns about porn use?
  • Are you a survivor of sexual assault wanting support for you and/or your loved ones?
  • Do you have questions about your sexual health, including HIV and STIs?
  • Are you experiencing any other sexual health issues that you want to talk about?
