I am a highly skilled therapist who provides counselling and psychotherapy to people experiencing a broad range of life issues. I am committed to supporting individuals in therapy to address areas of concern and to feel empowered to make positive life changes.

I work primarily from a person-centred approach, although have trained in a variety of modalities that I draw upon depending on the unique needs of each person I work with. Some of the other modalities I have trained in and utilise in my work include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.

I have a diverse range of clients from all walks of life. Clients often say that they appreciate my honest, open and down to earth nature. I am committed to providing a comfortable and supportive environment free of judgement.

I believe that as the client, you are the expert of your life and experience. I see my role as that of a navigator or facilitator, accompanying you on a journey to help you to achieve a better understanding of yourself. Through this process of exploration, we can work towards identifying and implementing strategies for changing patterns of behaviour that may not be serving you well. The therapeutic process also provides an opportunity for us to reflect on your strengths and personal qualities to assist you in achieving your goals.
